My Boursin Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 crushed garlic cloves
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients (may be done in a food processor with steel blade) and blend thoroughly.
    Shape into a ball and roll in crushed pepper.
    Refrigerate overnight before serving.
    Boursin cheese may be frozen.
