Fabulous Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 fish fillets
    2/3 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 egg whites, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Rinse fillets; pat dry and set aside.
    In small bowl, combine crumbs, cheese and garlic powder.
    Dip fillets in egg whites, then into crumb mix.
    Coat well.
    Arrange fillets in a shallow microproof baking dish with the thickest parts facing outside of dish.
    Cover with paper towel.
    Cook cycle for 8 to 10 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes.
    Serve with lemon wedges.
    Makes 2 servings.
