Popcorn Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. white Karo syrup
    1/4 c. oleo
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. butter extract (optional)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 qt. popped corn (keep warm in 300~ oven)
Preparation
    Pop popcorn and keep warm.
    Cook first 4 ingredients until sugar melts.
    Keep cooking, without stirring, until it forms a hard ball when dropped in cold water (270\u00b0).
    Add vanilla and butter extracts.
    Pour syrup over popped corn.
    Coat pan with oleo and form balls.
