Crispy Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1 c. crisp rice cereal
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine the first 9 ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-1/2 inch balls and place in a greased 11 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink. Yields 16 meatballs.
