Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. shredded New York white Cheddar cheese (10 to 12 oz.)
1/3 c. grated onion
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise (not fat free)
1/2 c. raspberry preserves
Preparation

Combine cheese and onion.
Mix well.
Blend in mayonnaise. Form into a flat mound on serving dish and top with preserves. Garnish with raspberries.
Serve with wafers and crackers of your choice.
