International Bean Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cans Great Northern beans
    1/2 c. yogurt (plain)
    onion, chopped fine
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/3 c. oil
    parsley to taste
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    If using dried beans, soak beans.
    Boil in 2 quarts of water for 1 minute and let stand 1 hour.
    Drain.
    Boil 45 minutes until tender in3 quarts and 4 cups water on high.
    Drain.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Lower heat and simmer 45 more minutes or until done.
