Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot or mild sausage
    4 c. Bisquick
    2 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix sausage (room temperature), cheese and Bisquick until well blended. Use your hands.
    Shape into small size balls.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Freezes well.
