Daphne Croal'S Cheesy Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. American cheese, 16 slices each (32 slices total)
    1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 large pkg. fresh mushrooms or 2 small pkg.
    butter
    4 to 5 lb. fresh shrimp
Preparation
    Melt all but 6 slices of cheese in large casserole dish with Ro-Tel tomatoes (I used the microwave).
    Saute sliced mushrooms in butter (I used 2 sticks).
    Season mushrooms to your own personal taste.
    After cheese has been melted and mushrooms sauteed, combine everything in large casserole dish, place the remaining 6 slices of cheese on top and bake 30 to 45 minutes or until shrimp are done.
