Apple Kuchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk, scalded
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. yeast, dissolved
    4 1/2 c. flour
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Add butter, sugar and salt.
    Whip in 2 cups flour and let rest 10 minutes.
    Add eggs, yeast and remaining flour. Mix until smooth.
    Let raise 45 minutes.
