Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    8 oz. light Russian dressing
    8 oz. apricot preserves
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1/4 c. water
    1 small can sliced pineapple
Preparation
    Arrange chicken in a large baking dish.
    Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Uncover and put pineapple slices on top.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1/2 hour.
