Hot Water Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cornmeal (white)
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. water
    sugar to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Boil water until bubbling hot.
    (Hot water cooks the meal.) Slowly add water to dry mixture.
    Texture should be firm.
    Wet hands and form meal into oval shape.
    Place in hot oil frying until golden brown.
