Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. nuts
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    2 1/2 to 3 c. grated carrots
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix sugar
    and\toil.
    Blend. Add carrots and eggs.
    Add flour, cinnamon and
    nuts.
    Pour into an 8 or 9-inch cake pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
