Graham Cracker Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

18 graham crackers, finely crumbled (1 1/2 c.)
1/4 c. lukewarm milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. raisins or currants
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine the crumbled crackers and milk. Stir together sugar, salt, flour and baking powder.
Add raisins, then add graham mixture.
Stir in butter and egg until smooth. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven about 20 minutes.
Makes 8 muffins.
