Ginger Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    4 Tbsp. dark molasses
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. white flour
    1 or 2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Form into balls the size of a walnut.
    Roll in white sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
