Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
In a large bowl, beat 1 1/2 cups sugar and margarine until light and fluffy.
Add vanilla and eggs; blend well.
Add flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt; mix well.
