Smothered Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. round steak, tenderized
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
Preparation
    Cut steak into strips.
    Flour and season.
    Fry and drain on paper towel.
    In large pot, put steak, soup and small amount of water.
    Cover and let simmer about 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve over rice or with mashed potatoes.
