A La Crema Ae Ou Froumai(Pasta With Cream And Parmesan) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. butter
    1/2 pt. double cream
    7 oz. grated Parmesan
    2 3/4 lb. fresh pasta
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Beat 6 ounces softened butter with
    a wooden spoon until creamed.
    Gradually incorporate the cream and grated Parmesan. Allow to reach room temperature 15 minutes before use.
