1/2 pt. whipping cream
2 c. sugar
dash of salt
1/2 tsp. soda
2 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Boil until firm ball, 118\u00b0 to 120\u00b0. Take off stove. Stir in pecans; stir until a glaze. Add vanilla. Spoon on waxed paper.
