Chicken Or Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. bread cubes, toasted
    1 can peas
    1 c. leftover chicken or turkey, cubed
    2 c. chicken broth or chicken base
    2 potatoes (medium)
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Peel and cube potatoes.
    Stir-fry in oil for 5 minutes. Add chopped
    onion
    and fry for 2 minutes more.
    In casserole dish layer crumbs, chicken, potatoes and onion.
    Add broth and bake for 15 minutes or 5 minutes microwave.
