Better Than Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. instant rice
    4 tsp. prepared mustard
    4 eggs (hard-boiled & chopped) optional
    1 cucumber (pared & diced)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. celery (sliced)
    2 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
    1 onion (medium, chopped fine)
    8 radishes (sliced)
Preparation
    Prepare rice as directed. In a salad bowl, add cooled rice chopped onion, mustard, salad dressing or mayo, and salt. Mix well, cover and chill. Stir in remaining ingredients before serving.
