Humus Tahini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 c. tahini
1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation

Pulverize beans in a blender. Add tahini sauce and lemon juice slowly. Whip until smooth.
