Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground sausage
1/2 lb. Smokey Hollow smoked sausage
1 c. chopped onion
3 tsp. chili powder
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. beer (optional)
1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown beef and sausages with onion in a skillet.
Place other ingredients in a Dutch oven and bring to a slow boil.
Add meat mixture and simmer over low heat for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
