Layered Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips
    1 (28 oz.) can tamales
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. quick cooking rice
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (19 oz.) can chili without beans
    3/4 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Line a 9 x 12-inch baking pan with corn chips.
    Cut each tamale into 5 portions.
    Layer tamales, rice and onion over chips.
    Spread chili over top layer; sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake, covered, with foil for 35 to 40 minutes.
