Pollo En Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. water
    3 to 4 lb. whole chicken
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 envelope French's thick homestyle spaghetti sauce
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    2 1/2 c. water
    cooked fettucini or pasta
Preparation
    Lightly beat together egg and water.
    Brush over chicken. Sprinkle cheese on surface, coating well.
    Stir together sauce mix, tomato paste and water into shallow casserole dish.
    Place chicken in sauce.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0. Serve with pasta.
