Aunt Beulah'S Pecan Delight Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 Ritz crackers
    1 c. pecans
    1 c. sugar
    4 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 small carton whipped cream
Preparation
    Beat egg whites; add sugar and broken pecans.
    Butter pie plate, then put crushed Ritz crackers in pie pan.
    Spread egg white mixture to form pie shell.
    Bake 1 hour at 275\u00b0.
    Let cool, then add whipping cream sweetened to taste with sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Refrigerate.
