Puff Pancake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
5 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar, sifted
juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0. Beat eggs slightly. Mix in milk, then flour and nutmeg. Leave batter slightly lumpy. Melt butter in large skillet with ovenproof handle. Pour batter in skillet. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with lemon juice and then sifted confectioner's sugar. Pancake will puff while baking and fall when removed from oven. Serves 2 people as main breakfast entre and 4 people as side breakfast entre.
