Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rhubarb
    1 tsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    pastry for 2 crusts
Preparation
    Combine pie plant with sugar and flour; turn into pie shell. Dot with butter.
    Cover top with crust, allowing steam vents and bake in hot 450\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Lessen heat and bake until well browned.
    Top with 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup apples or 1/2 cup peaches.
