Pecan Confections - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Beat egg white.
    Gradually add sugar and vanilla.
    Add flour and salt.
    Fold in pecans.
    If larger pecans, let each half be a confection.
    Drop on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Makes about 80.
