Grandma Julie'S Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. mashed ripe bananas
    1 1/4 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
    Stir in bananas.
    Sift together dry ingredients. Stir into banana mixture.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes. Makes 1 loaf size pan.
