Low Calorie Dill Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 c. cooked potatoes
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 c. low calorie mayonnaise
1 c. plain nonfat yogurt
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. red onions, minced
1 tsp. dill weed
Preparation

Toss potatoes, oil and vinegar. Mix next 5 ingredients; add to potatoes. Add onion and dill weed; chill. Makes 9 1/2 cups. One half cup equals 120 calories.
