Spinach Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and squeezed dry
    2 c. stuffing mix or bread crumbs
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs, well beaten
    3/4 c. softened butter
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Let stand until moisture is absorbed.
    Roll in 1-inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Freeze.
    While frozen, bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Flip spinach bites once while baking, if desired.
