Oven Beef Stew(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. lean boneless beef, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
    2 medium carrots, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
    1 large potato, peeled and quartered
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    1/4 c. water
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen, cut green beans, thawed
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. regular dry onion soup mix
    1 Tbsp. quick-cooking tapioca
    1 tsp. instant beef bouillon granules
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
Preparation
    In 2-quart casserole, combine beef, carrots, potato and celery.
    In a mixing bowl, combine tomato sauce, soup mix, tapioca, bouillon granules, thyme and water; stir into meat mixture.
