Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. flour
    4 unbeaten eggs
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. raw carrots, grated
Preparation
    Combine oil and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs; beat well.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add to first mixture.
    Add carrots and mix well.
    Bake 45 minutes at 300\u00b0.
