Cheese, Taters And Peas Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cubed potatoes
1/3 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 1/4 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese
1 can English peas
buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook potatoes in salted water.
Drain.
To make sauce, gradually add milk to butter and flour.
Remove from heat and pour in casserole dish.
Add potatoes, cheese and drained English peas. Top it off with bread crumbs.
Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
