Patsy Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head cabbage
    1/2 c. light mayo
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1/8 c. water
    2 tsp. black pepper
    1/8 tsp. sweetener
    1 1/2 c. pecans
    2 medium size apples
    1/2 c. dried cranberries or cherries
Preparation
    Chop cabbage (bite-size); chop pecans coarsely.
    Chop apples into small pieces.
    Mix up in bowl; add cherries.
    In small bowl, mix together all of the other ingredients; pour the chopped mixture.
    Mix well.
    Chill for 1/2 hour.
