Ingredients

1/2 c. flour, sifted
1/2 c. dry mustard
1/4 c. dark brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. turmeric (optional)
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients together. Mix thoroughly.
Put the vinegar and Worcestershire sauce in a blender.
Gradually add dry ingredients while blender is going.
Blend to velvety smoothness. Makes 8 to 9 ounces.
