Canned Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel tomatoes
    3 lb. onions
    1 bunch celery
    5 large hot peppers
    bulb garlic
    2 c. oil
    1/2 c. salt
    3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    6 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
Preparation
    Cut in quarters 1/2 bushel tomatoes.
    Cook and put through sieve.
    Grind together onions, celery, hot peppers and garlic. Add to tomato juice along with oil, salt, sugar, parsley, Italian seasoning and tomato paste.
    Cook down for one hour.
    Pour into quart jars and seal.
