Orange Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
    1 (6 oz.) can water
    3/4 c. cider vinegar
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 (16 oz.) cans whole small beets
Preparation
    Stir the cornstarch into 1/2 cup water.
    Mix juice, vinegar and sugar.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add cornstarch, stirring until clear and thick.
    Add the butter; stir well, then add the beets, stirring to coat well.
