Sweet Potato Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (2 layer) yellow cake mix
1 egg
6 Tbsp. melted margarine
2 1/2 c. cooked sweet potatoes
1 c. skim milk
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 c. reserved cake mix
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. soft margarine

Preparation

Mix until crumbly and sprinkle over sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
Serve warm with dollop of whipped or sour cream.
Garnish with nutmeg.
