Lemon Tea Cookies(Very Soft) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter or margarine
3/4 c. white sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
Preparation

Stir vinegar into milk; set aside.
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Beat egg and flavoring.
Sift together all dry ingredients.
Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk mixture, beating after each addition.
Drop from teaspoon 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 14 minutes.
Remove at once from sheet.
Brush tops with Lemon Glaze.
