Stuffed Eggplant Platter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium eggplants
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef (cooked)
    1 medium can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. green onions, minced
    18 slices Mozzarella cheese
    2 pkg. green beans (frozen)
Preparation
    Cut eggplants evenly in half lengthwise.
    With a knife, carefully remove eggplant meat to a bowl.
    Be sure the eggplant shells are 1/2-inch thick.
    Chop eggplant meat in bowl.
    Add ground beef, tomato sauce, garlic salt, salt, pepper, oregano and green onions.
    Mix thoroughly.
