Microwave Scallops Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 lb. scallops
    1 can tomatoes, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 bay leaves
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Combine onion, green pepper, garlic and oil in 2-quart casserole.
    Microwave for 3 minutes, uncovered.
    Chop tomatoes and add remaining ingredients, except parsley.
    Microwave, covered, for 6 minutes or until scallops are tender.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
