Lemon Icebox Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 graham cracker crust
1 can condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. lemon juice
Preparation

In a medium size bowl, blend cream cheese, vanilla extract and lemon juice together, then add condensed milk.
Pour into crust. Let sit 10 to 15 minutes in refrigerator, then serve.
