Bonnie'S Meat Loaf Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. basil leaves
1 c. dry oatmeal
3/4 Tbsp. dry mustard
3 or 4 potatoes
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 medium chopped onion
1/2 c. Del Monte catsup
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
Preparation

Mix beef, milk, basil, oatmeal, mustard, green pepper, onion, egg and catsup thoroughly.
Place mixture in large baking dish. Shape into donut shape.
Place mixed vegetables in center of ring. Add potatoes and any remaining mixed veggies to outside. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Remove cover and bake 30 minutes more to brown.
