Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, diced
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 can chicken rice soup
    1 can mixed vegetables, with juice
    2 c. chow mein noodles
    1 can mushrooms, with juice
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and celery in 1 tablespoon shortening; drain off excess fat.
    Mix meat with soup, vegetables with juice, noodles, soy sauce and mushrooms with juice.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
    Use large casserole.
