Apricot Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 large can cooked apricots
    1 c. red wine
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Saute chicken in a large skillet with water until tender.
    Add wine and apricots; cook for approximately 5 minutes more.
    Bake in baking pan with Cheddar on top until cheese melts.
