Rice And Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. water
    3/4 stick oleo
    6 chicken thighs
Preparation
    Place rice in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Salt and pepper chicken and arrange on top of rice.
    Melt oleo and pour over chicken and rice.
    Mix water and soups.
    Pour over chicken.
    Place in oven at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
