Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. beef
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 large or 2 small bay leaves
    1/4 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch
Preparation
    Grease pot with bacon fat and fry the roast all around at high heat.
    Put 2 cups hot water, black pepper and bay leaves into pot. Simmer for 3 hours.
    Take roast out and when cold, slice it thin. Place in gravy and warm it up.
