Beef 'N Bean Barbecue Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
Velveeta cheese
1 (8 oz.) can biscuits
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Brown meat; drain.
Add beans, sauce, onion and salt.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Stir in 1/4 pound cheese cubes.
Pour into a 11 3/4 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish.
Cut biscuits in half, forming circle.
Place, cut side down, around edge of casserole.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Top with additional cheese slices and return to oven until melted.
Makes 6 servings.
