Hot Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 to 13 oz.) jar artichoke hearts (marinated are more flavorful)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion (optional but delicious!)
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper (optional but delicious!)
Preparation
    Chop artichoke hearts into coarse pieces; mix in mayonnaise and cheese.
    Add onion and pepper, if desired.
    Blend all ingredients; place in a small baking dish or loaf pan.
    Serve hot with crackers.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1/2 hour, or until top is lightly browned.
